高应力巷道治理底臌技术研究及实践
Research on the principle of the middle floor pressure-relieving groove to control the floor heave in high ground stress roadway and its application
针对高地应力巷道的底臌问题,根据"强弱强结构"原理深入分析了底板中部卸压槽支护技术机理,在巷道围岩高强度支护的基础上,采用了底板中部卸压槽支护技术解决高地应力巷道底臌问题。由于底板中部卸压槽施工工序复杂,施工困难,在巷道卸压支护中很少应用,为了解决施工问题,底板中部卸压槽采用了"二次爆破"技术,并优化技术施工方案,平行作业,保障了施工进度,成功解决了底板中部卸压槽的施工难题。
Based on the floor heave phenomenon of the high ground stress roadway, the theory of "strong soft strong structure" is used to analysis the support principle of the middle floor pressure-relieving groove. It uses the support method of the middle floor pressure-relieving groove to control the floor heave and do further research. Meanwhile, the surrounding rock of roadway must be supported in high strength. Because the construction of the middle floor pressure-relieving groove is complicate and difficult, it is rarely used. In order to overcome the construction problem, the technology of "blast two times" is adopted. The construction progress is not affected. It successfully solves the construction problem of the middle floor pressure-relieving groove through the optimizing the technological method and parallel work.
