基于SOA的电信用户投诉系统
onstructing Customer Service System Basing on Service Oriented Architecture
面向服务的架构能使现代企业快速反映市场和客户的需求,变得更具弹性和灵活性,使服务得到最大限度的重用,从而最终实现实时企业和动态企业。本文根据面向服务的架构的设计理念,对当前电信运营商的客户服务流程进行规划,设计了一个面向服务架构的用户投诉系统,并详细描述了其实现层次结构,最终在此基础上实现了一个通用的电信用户投诉系统原型。该体系的实现能帮助运营商减少的流程维护成本和二次开发的时间和成本开销,有效的提高运营商服务的效率,极大的缩短客户投诉的处理花费。
In this paper the authors analyze the service procedure of the Public Telecommunication Operator and present a distributed, web service which enabled scalable Customer Service System Architecture based on the Service Oriented Architecture. The system provides a loosely-coupled distributed environment that allows the customers, Public Telecommunication Operator and the Service Providers to cooperate over the Internet and World Wide Web. It also allows the manager of the Public Telecommunication Operator to append and update, dynamically from the Customer Service System Registry, components of services, based on the work flow. In the final, this paper presents a prototype system implementation. While in the application, it can effectively reduce the time costs and administration costs on handle the complain information. Besides, the architecture, function and integration of the system, and some key technical problems are investigated in this paper.
