钛酸铝粉料的XRD图谱比较与分析

本论文主要通过固相法和液相法在实验室条件下合成出钛酸铝粉体的XRD图谱比较研究,探讨不同合成方法、不同合成温度对粉料中物相组成的影响以及由所合成粉料经再次高温烧成所得陶瓷材料的XRD测试,并比较了它们间的不同。实验表明:随着反应合成温度升高,保温时间延长,钛酸铝晶相含量增加,晶体结构完整;而掺杂可使合成的钛酸铝粉料XRD最强衍射峰位置发生变化,由此得出离子掺杂晶格位置取代上存在明显的选择性。
In this paper aluminum titanate(Al2TiO5 or AT) powders were prepared by ways of solid phase reaction synthesis and liquid phase reaction synthesis in 1300℃、1400℃and 1380℃ respectively. And using these powders we produced aluminum titanate ceramics at high temperature 1550℃,and the microstructure of AT ceramic was tested by SEM method. According to the comparisons of XRD patterns of aluminum titanate powder and AT ceramic we have found that the liquid method is better than the solid method to prepare aluminum titanate powder, and then the powder-synthesized conditions were optimized. The experiment results showed that some different between the XRD pattern of AT powder and Mg2+、Fe2+ adopted AT powder is obvious , especially in the maxim diffraction peak of XRD patterns. In AT XRD pattern ,the maximum strong diffraction peak is located in (101) crystal face and in Mg2+、Fe2+ adopted AT XRD pattern the maximum strong diffraction peak is changed in (230) crystal face, so we deduced that the sites replacement of adopted ions are selective .
