企业员工组织公正感的归因干预方案设计

本文针对在社会和组织中日益重要的组织公正感问题,结合心理学中归因理论的原因分类理论,基于理论和具体操作相结合的理念,设计了一系列团队活动形成可直接实行的针对组织公正感的归因干预方案。该方案由六个活动组成,分别是对目标群体的基本评估,发现并认识基本归因偏向,小组问题解决活动,评价轮,原因分析饼,以及引导讨论。目的在于使参与者体会到个体归因偏向,以及相同事件不同归因导致的对评价体系的公正感判断,使参与者体验并领悟到归因的基础理论。该活动可以在企业中进行直接的应用,对个体的组织公正感产生影响。本文的意图也是创新之处在于对于心理学的理论给予一个可具有实际影响的操作性方案方法,增加心理学应用的可行工具。
Based on studies in perceived justice and the attribution theory which focuses on the causality, the author designed a series of team activities and training to affect the causalities that perceived justice attributed. This project includes six parts to make the participators experience different attribution styles and understand the effect of attribution to perceived justice. The author tried to reveal the psychological theories in the project, and applied tools for the Human Resource of companies.
