结核分支杆菌Rv2869c拓扑结构的研究

为了明确结核分支杆菌Rv2869c的拓扑结构,为Rv2869c膜蛋白结构的研究提供一些依据,本研究首先利用网上拓扑结构预测服务器预测了Rv2869c的拓扑结构,并采用报告基因(phoA和GFP)融合法对Rv2869c的拓扑结构进行了测定,结果表明Rv2869c有四个跨膜区,其C端位于细胞周质空间内。
For the further study of the structure of Rv2869c, the topology of Rv2869c was first predicted by web-based topology prediction server. The bacterial alkaline phosphatase (phoA) gene and green fluorescent protein (GFP) gene were then inserted at the periplasmic and cytoplasmic sites of the target protein as the reporter genes respectively. The results showed that Rv2869c harboring four transmembrane helices and the C-terminal located in the periplasm.
