摊铺机属于复杂机电产品,产品全生命周期过程中产生很多过程知识,过程知识的丢失导致企业重蹈以往出现的设计错误。为更好地应用过程知识带来的价值,分析摊铺机全生命周期知识现状,总结出摊铺机生命周期知识存在的问题。对摊铺机全生命周期中产生的过程知识进行研究;开发过程知识,整合成不同载体类型。采用本体的建模方法合理组织知识,以全生命周期为主线分层表示知识。开发摊铺机全生命周期过程知识重用系统,系统支持摊铺机知识的定义和多种检索方式,面向不同使用对象实现过程知识的共享和重用,有效地提高了摊铺机产品生命周期过程知识应用效率。

Paver belongs to complex mechatronic product, which produces a lot of process knowledge and the knowledge lost will lead to repeated business designs in the whole lifecycle process. In order to use the process knowledge better, the current status of paver’s knowledge and the existing problems in the whole lifecycle were analyzed and concluded. The paver’s whole life cycle process knowledge were studied; exploited and integrated to different types. The ontology_based modeling was used to organize knowledge reasonably and to express knowledge hierarchically with the whole lifecycle main line. The paver’s whole life cycle process knowledge reuse system was developed to improve the efficiency of process knowledge application by approving knowledge definition and variety retrieves, sharing and reusing the process knowledge for different users in paver’s whole lifecycle process.
