激光器消光比测试系统的设计与实现
Laser Extinction Ratio Detection System Design and Implementation
随着光纤通信网络传输技术的提高,光纤传输设备的大量应用,光纤传输设备的核心器件光模块的主要元件激光器发出的光信号的消光比测试成为一个重要问题。本文设计出一种不借助于示波器的激光器消光比测试系统,对激光器发出的光信号的消光比进行测量,与传统的测试方法相比,该测试方法更为方便,使得在生产过程中的消光比测试的成本大大降低。
With the improvement of optical fiber communication network transmission technology and the wide application of optical fiber transmission equipment, the principal component laser optical fiber transmission equipment of the core device of optical module of a light signal extinction ratio test become more and more important . In this paper, the design of the a laser extinction ratio testing system without the aid of oscilloscope, sent out of the laser light signal extinction ratio measured, compared with the traditional test methods, the test method is more convenient, thus substantially lower than the cost of testing in the production process of extinction.
