棉花陆海杂交BC1F1群体SSR分子遗传图谱构建
Construction of Genetic Map of BC1F1 Populations between Gossypium hirsutum and G. barbadense using SSR Markers
本研究以高产、抗病但品质较海岛棉差的陆地棉品种农大601、农大棉8号为轮回亲本,与优质、产量低的海岛棉Pima 90-53组配了两个BC1F1群体,利用SSR分子标记技术构建了两个遗传连锁图谱。以农大601和Pima 90-53为亲本构建的遗传连锁图谱包含225个多态性标记位点,分布在41个连锁群上,覆盖全基因组4083.7cM;以农大棉8号和Pima 90-53为亲本构建的遗传连锁图谱包含242个多态性标记位点,分布在41个连锁群上,覆盖全基因组3582.5cM。研究结果为进一步开展棉花产量、纤维品质等性状的QTL定位、QTL间互作及QTL与环境互作研究奠定了材料基础。
In this study, two genetic maps were constructed using two BC1F1 populations between Gossypium hirsutum and Nongda 601, Nongda 8 and Gossypium barbadense Pima 90-53. Pima 90-53 was used as the donor, Nongda 601and Nongda 8 were used as recurrent parents. Two upland cottons possessed high yield, but general fiber quality relative to Sea Island cotton Pima90-53 which had fine fiber quality and good disease resistance but low yield. The linkage map between Nongda 601 and Pima90-53 included 225 SSR markers which distributed in 41 linkage groups and covered 4083.7 cM. The linkage map between Nongda 8 and Pima 90-53 included 242 SSR markers which distributed in 41 linkage groups and covered 3582.5 cM. These results lay foundation for QTL mapping of fiber yield and quality traits, interactions among QTL, and between QTL and environment.
