目的:利用骨髓间质细胞(MSCs)植入微波变性骨骼肌桥接大鼠面神经缺损,研究骨髓间质细胞在周围神经修复中的作用。方法:1,骨髓间质细胞培养;2,大鼠面神经缺损模型制备及手术修复;3,动物观察、电生理测试及移植段再生神经轴突计数;4,统计学分析。结果:1,术后二周时二组变性骨骼肌移植物中段均有再生轴突形成,细胞植入组尤其明显,而自体神经组再生轴突形成不明显;2, 术后八周细胞移植组各项指标均优于单纯变性骨骼肌组。结论:1,微波变性骨骼肌可以替代自体神经修复短距离面神经及周围神经缺损;2,骨髓间质细胞植入可以促进神经损伤的修复,但是应用的最佳方法还需要进一步研究。

bjective Repairing rat facial nerve with denatured muscle implanted with bone marrow stromal cells(MSCs) to investigate the role of MSCs in facial nerve repairment. Method 1, Culture of MSCs; 2, Preparative of rat facial nerve trauma model and repairment; 3, rat observation, electrophysiology test and axon count of the trantplanted graft; 4, statistics analysis. Results 1, At the second week, there are regenerated axons in the middle section of the two groups of the muscle graft, especially in the group with cell implantation , but it is not obvious in the group of autonerve; 2, At the eighth week, the group with MSCs implantation has better results in the three evaluation indexs than without cell implanted muscle group. Conclusion 1, Microwave denatured skeletal muscle can be the substitute of autonerve graft in repair short distance lesion of facial nerve and peripheral nerve. 2, MSCs transplantation can improve the effect of nerve repair, but the best method we should use need
