基于噻唑并噻唑结构的共轭聚合物太阳能电池材料的合成与表征
Synthesis and characterization of thiazolothiazole based conjugated polymer for organic photovoltaics
本文合成了一种基于噻唑并噻唑与硅基联噻吩交替共轭聚合物,这种窄带系聚合物具有高的热稳定性,宽泛的吸收光谱,同时也拥有比较好的溶解性易于溶液加工成为器件,是一种潜在的有机太阳能电池材料。本文通过核磁共振氢谱、碳谱、紫外可见吸收光谱、凝胶渗透色谱、电化学等测试方法对其聚合物进行了表征和检测,同时也将这种材料制备成有机太阳能电池器件,其光电转化效率为0.76%。
In this paper a thiazolothiazole and silolo[3,2-b:4,5-b']dithiophene alternated conjugated polymer (PTTZ-Si) was synthesized. PTTZ-Si has narrow bandgap with high air-stable, broad spectrum, solution-processed as potential active material for Organic Photovoltage (OPV). In this article, PTTZ-Si was characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum, UV-Vis spectrophotometry, Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC), electrochemistry. The power conversion efficiency of the photovoltaic device based on PTTZ-Si/PC71CM (1:2,w/w) were 0.76%.
