基于中国现阶段GDP逐年创新高、产业结构调整有序以及经济逐步转型升级,国内外技术势差逐渐减小的背景下,对外直接投资(OFDI)逐渐成为中国海外投资企业利用逆向技术溢出效应来实现技术创新的一种有效路径。本文借鉴了C-H、L-P和B-K模型,选取了1985~2015年中国对外直接投资的相关数据,引入全要素生产率(TFP)作为一国技术创新的衡量指标来具体研究OFDI逆向技术溢出效应的影响作用,通过推算样本期间内的历年全要素生产率,以技术势差、人力资本和国内研发强度作为影响OFDI逆向溢出技术吸收能力的三个因素,研究了OFDI逆向技术溢出效应对中国技术创新的影响效果。研究结果显示:对外直接投资能够提升中国的全要素生产水平,验证了OFDI逆向技术外溢效应对我国的技术创新的存在性和可行性;国内外间的技术势差的缩小能推动全要素生产率的增长,进而对OFDI逆向的技术外溢效应的发挥起显著促进作用;同时说明了技术势差的缩小有利于人力资本、国内研发强度对全要素生产率的发挥起正向积极作用。

he level of advanced technology's innovation can be as a measure for a country's international economic competitiveness. Outward foreign direct investment (OFDI) is using the reverse technological spillover effect of China's overseas investment enterprises to implement an effective path for technological innovation and progress. This paper is based on the background of high innovation of China's gross domestic product (GDP) at present stage, ordered adjustment of industrial structure, transformation and upgrading of economic as well as potential difference technology decreases between Chinese and foreign countries. In addition, this article used on the C - H and L - P and B - K model and selected the data of China's foreign direct investment from 1985 to 2015. Besides, the author introduced the total factor productivity (TFP) as indicators of the progress of technology innovation to the specific studies. Based on the three factors which included technical potential difference, human capital and domestic research and development strength influence the absorption capacity of OFDI's Reverse Technology Spillovers, the writer studied the OFDI reverse technological overflow impacts the effect of technology innovation in China. The results of this paper showed that outward foreign direct investment could improve China's total factor production level, and verified the existence and feasibility of the OFDI reverse technology spillover effect on China's technological innovation. Additionally, the technology of the potential difference between China and foreign country become narrow which can promote the growth of TFP and plays a significant role in promoting the reverse technological spillover effect of OFDI. All the same, it also showed that the reduction of technology was beneficial to the positive results from human capital and domestic research and development strength.
