为了开发破碎电路板的无污染、高效的高压静电分选技术,本文根据高压静电理论,利用MATLAB软件模拟了高压静电分选机内的电场分布,并通过实验验证高压电场的分布对分选结果的影响规律。结果表明:增大电压、减小电极与转辊轴心距可以改善分选效果;当电晕电极和转辊轴心连线与水平面的夹角α恒定,静电极和转辊轴心连线与水平面的夹角β减小时,可以提高电场强度,优化电场分布,金属回收率降低,但纯度提高;当β不变时,随着α的减小,金属收集纯度降低。模拟结果与实验结果吻合,采用电场模拟方法可以用来指导破碎电路板高压静电分选技术中的工艺参数优化和电选机的结构设计

o develop the corona electrostatic separation technology which is non-contaminated and high efficient, distributions of electric field are simulated with MATLAB software based on the theory of corona electrostatic separation. Results of simulation show that, upgrade supplied voltage, shorten the distance between electrostatic electrode and rotating roll can improve the efficiency of separation; when the angle between horizon and the axes’ line of corona electrode and roll (α) does not change but the angle between horizon and the axes’ line of electrostatic electrode and roll (β) decreases, the purity of collected metal is enhanced while the recovery is reduced; when β does not change but α decreases, the recovery percentage of collected metal is enhanced while the purity is reduced. The results of simulation are in good agreement with the experiment results. Therefore, computer simulation could be used for design of corona electrostatic separator and optimization of technique parameters in this separation technology.
