企业经营者非物质激励研究现状
he research present situation of the entrepreneur non-material incentives
知识经济的到来使得对企业经营者的激励对企业的生存和竞争越来越重要，但以往的理论与文献过分依赖物质激励而忽视非物质激励不能不说是以往代理理论和激励理论的一个缺陷。本文从非物质激励的不同手段出发，对非物质激励的研究现状进行了概括总结。
The knowledge century’s arrival improves the importance of the entrepreneur non-material incentives for the enterprises’survival and competition,but the former theories and literatures excessively on the material incentives rather than the non-material incentives,that’s a flaw for the agent theory and incentive theory.This paper tries to summary the research present situation of the entrepreneur non-material incentives.
