直齿圆柱齿轮的参数化建模与模态分析

本文以机械零部件中齿轮设计的相关理论为基础,利用三维设计软件CATIA的知识智能模块(Knowledge)功能实现了标准渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮的参数化建模,并对此过程做了详细阐述。进而将齿轮的参数化模型导入通用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对其模态进行计算分析。齿轮参数化模型的建立与分析充分体现了CAD/CAE一体化的工程设计思路,实际应用表明,只需更新参数即可生成新的齿轮模型,提高了齿轮模型建立与分析的效率,有利于后续工作的快速展开,在实际应用中能够取得良好效果。
Based on the theories of gear design in the machine parts,this paper adopts finite the Knowledge Module of 3D design software of CATIA to get the parameterized model of standard involute straight toothed spur gear,and describes this process details.And import the model into the finite element analysis software of ANSYS for modal calculation and analysis.The creation and analysis of Gear parameterized model reflects the CAD/CAE integration of design ideas fully. Practical application shows that just update the parameters to generate a new gear model, which improve model building and analysis of gear efficiency, this is conducive to carrying out follow-up work and produce good results in practical application.
