非食用组织对河套蜜瓜漫透射光谱和糖度及硬度检测影响的研究
Study on the effects of non-edible tissue on diffuse transmittance spectra and sugar content and hardness of hetao muskmelon
糖度(Sugar Content)和硬度(Hardness)是河套蜜瓜品质的重要参考指标。针对目前非食用组织(表皮及腔内组织)对河套蜜瓜可见近红外光谱和糖度以及硬度检测影响研究尚少的现状,本文通过蜜瓜漫透射光谱采集系统进行相关试验研究,利用偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立完整的和去除非食用组织的蜜瓜漫透射光谱和糖度及硬度的数学模型,分析非食用组织对所建立模型结果的影响。完整蜜瓜的光谱和糖度、硬度建模的结果:相关系数r,均方根校正偏差RMSEC,均方根预测偏差RMSEP分别为0.87、0.73、1.42和0.85、0.69、1.09;去掉非食用组织的蜜瓜光谱和糖度、硬度的建模结果:r、RMSEC、RMSEP分别为0.83、0.77、1.61和0.83、0.75、1.07。
Sugar content and hardness are important index of the quality of hetao muskmelon. The research on the influence of non-edible tissue (peel and cavity tissue) on diffuse transmittance spectra and sugar content and hardness of hetao muskmelon has rarely been reported at present. A transmission spectra detecting system was used for related study in this paper, the mathematical models of diffuse transmittance spectra of complete and non-edible tissue melons and sugar content, hardness were established with partial least square (PLS), the influence about non-edible tissue to the models set up was analyzed . The results of models on complete melon spectra and sugar content and hardness were with correlation coefficient (r) 0.87 and 0.85, root mean square errors of calibration (RMSEC) 0.73oBrix and 0.69oBrix and root mean square errors of prediction (RMSEP) 1.42oBrix and 1.09oBrix. The results of models on melon spectra of without non-edible tissue and sugar content and hardness were with correlation coefficient (r) 0.83 and 0.83, root mean square errors of calibration (RMSEC) 0.77oBrix and0.75oBrix and root mean square errors of prediction (RMSEP) 1.61oBrix and 1.07oBrix.
