中温热管换热器的换热特性研究

Study of heat transfer characteristics of the moderate temperature heat pipe heat exchanger

本文建立了由萘热管和水热管组成的中温热管换热器的数值计算模型,其中针对热管的边界条件提出一种新的定义方法。计算分析了换热器内的流场和温度场,通过定义热管内的蒸汽温度分析了换热器中热管的工作状态。结果表明热流体入口速度越小和入口温度越高时,管内蒸汽温度越大;热管内传热特性受管外流体温度场的影响很大。针对中低温热管衔接处的爆管现象提出了不同的解决方案,为中温热管换热器的设计提供了参考依据

his paper established the numerical calculation model of the moderate temperature heat pipe heat exchanger consisting naphthalene heat pipe and hydrothermal heat pipe and presented a new method to define the boundary condition of the heat pipe. It analyzed the state of flow and temperature fields and the heat pipe working state within the definition of the vapor temperature inside heat pipe. The results showed that the smaller the hot fluid inlet velocity, and the higher the inlet temperature, the greater the temperature of the vapor temperature inside heat pipe; the vapor temperature inside heat pipe depended on the fluid temperature distribution outside heat pipe. Meanwhile some solutions were proposed to the phenomenon of burst pipes in the convergence department by the moderate temperature heat pipes and low temperature heat pipes and provided a reference for the future research in the moderate temperature heat pipe heat exchanger.
