Effect of Different Salinity Stresses on Antioxidant enzyme activities of Seedlings in Melilotoides Ruthenica

本试验以右玉野生扁蓿豆(Melilotoides Ruthenica)为材料,研究了不同盐分(NaCl、Na2CO3、NaCl+Na2CO3)的不同浓度处理(0、50、100、200、300、400、500 mM)对扁蓿豆苗期抗氧化酶活性变化的影响。3种抗氧化酶活性的变化规律体现了扁蓿豆对盐碱胁迫的生理生化响应特点,同时也反映出扁蓿豆对盐碱胁迫具有一定的耐受力。

In this experiment, Melilotoides Ruthenica were stressed under NaCl, Na2CO3 and NaCl+Na2CO3 solution with 0 mM, 50 mM, 100 mM, 200 mM, 300 mM, 400 mM and 500 mM. We detected the influences on antioxidant enzyme activities of seedlings. The antioxidant enzyme activities were showed an upward trend and then showed a downward trend within the increasing concentrains of different salts. These were showed there was a certain tolerance with Melilotoides Ruthenica in different salinity stresses.
