桉树人工林微波处理材干燥特性和干燥基准

Study on drying and collapse properties and schedule of Eucalypts treated by MW

本文研究了尾巨桉、尾圆桉和大花序桉等三种人工林桉树木材经微波处理后的干燥皱缩特性和干燥基准,用百度试验法分别测试了三种人工林桉树微波处理材的表面开裂、端部开裂和内部开裂、干燥速度、干燥时间和皱缩等干燥皱缩特性指标,分析了木材开裂的产生过程,木材构造对木材细胞皱缩的重要作用,比较了三种人工林桉树微波处理木材与素材之间的干燥皱缩特性和干燥基准的差异,并对其进行了评价。结果表明:微波处理对桉树人工林木材干燥皱缩特性的影响不显著,尾圆桉和大花序桉微波处理材的干燥特性基本接近。

his paper studied on the drying and collapse properties of E.urophylla×grandis ,E.urophylla×E.teredicornis and E.cloeziane wood treated by MW under 100 testing methods. The surface ,end and inner checks, drying speed, schedule of three kinds of Eucalypts plantation were studied, and the checking process of wood ,the important effort of structure on collapse were analysis . The difference of drying collapse properties of three kinds of Eucalypts were compared with and evaluated. The results are as follows: The drying collapse properties of fresh wood and treated wood were no difference. The drying properties of E.urophylla×E.teredicornis and E.cloeziane treated by MW were similar.
