不同氧化物催化热解煤制氢的研究

在固定热解反应器中考察了具有不同酸碱性的氧化物催化剂,对神府煤热解气体产物的影响。结果表明,在相同的反应条件下,其各自的热解制氢催化活性顺序为:中性氧化物>碱性氧化物>酸性氧化物,Fe2O3的催化活性最高。进而建立了萘分子和Fe2O3的分子簇模型,通过量子化学计算,初步解释了催化剂的催化作用与金属离子-π电子间的转移以及氧离子负电性间的关系。
he effect of different oxides on the composition of gases from Shenfu coal pyrolysis in a fixed bed reactor was studied during a catalytic pyrolysis process. The results show that maximum yield of hydrogen was gained in the presence of Fe2O3 with a sequence in catalytic activities as: neutral oxide > basic oxide > acidic oxide. The interaction between Fe2O3 molecules and naphthalene molecule was dealt with on a quantum chemistry calculation. The calculated information shows that the catalytic mechanism is due to the electron transfer between metal ion and π orbital , as well as the negativity of oxygen.
