目的研究三七内生真菌Preussia isomera次级代谢产物,对Preussia isomera规模发酵产物的乙酸乙酯部分进行分离纯化,结构鉴定。方法利用硅胶柱层析,葡聚糖凝胶柱层析,薄层层析半制备液相等手段进行分离纯化,利用核磁进行结构鉴定。结果从Preussia isomera发酵产物中分离得到6个化合物。结论6个化合物分别被鉴定为5(hydroxymethyl)furan-3-carboxylicacid (1),orsellinic acid (2),methyl orsellinate (3),lecanoric acid (4),brocaenol A (5),aflatoxinB1 (6)。6个化合物均为首次从该真菌中报道。

im: To study the secondary metabolite of endogenous fungus Preussia isomera, isolated from panax notoensis. Methods: Various chromatographic techniques, such as HPLC, TLC, Sephadex LH-20 and so on, were used for separation and purification. Results: Six compounds were isolated from the Preussia isomera. Conclusion: Their structures were identified 5(hydroxymethyl)furan-3-carboxylicacid (1),orsellinic acid (2),methyl orsellinate (3),lecanoric acid (4),brocaenol A (5),aflatoxin B1 (6).
