魔芋加工副产品急性毒性研究

Studies of acute toxicity of konjac milling by-products

目的:为了研究魔芋加工副产品的急性毒性。方法:按照《急性毒性试验》中的方法进行试验,求出魔芋粗生物碱的半数致死量;计算魔芋干法飞粉、湿法灰粉和脱毒灰粉最大耐受剂量。结果:魔芋粗生物碱的经口半数致死量为16.15mg/kg BW,可信限为11.08~23.48mg/kg BW;魔芋干法飞粉、湿法灰粉和脱毒灰粉的经口最大耐受量大于10000mg/kg BW;结论:魔芋粗生物碱属剧毒级,魔芋干法飞粉、湿法灰粉和脱毒灰粉均属实际无毒级。

Objective: In order to study the acute toxicity of konjac milling by-products. Methods: median lethal dose of konjac crude alkaloid was get by horne's method of acute toxicity test, and the maximum tolerable dose of konjac dry powder, wet dust powder and detoxification powder of konjac were calculated by ways of acute toxicity test, Results: median lethal dose of konjac crude alkaloid was 16.15mg/Kg BW, and the credible limit was 11.08~23.48mg/Kg BW, and the maximum tolerable dose of dry powder, wet dust powder and detoxification powder of konjac were over 10000mg/Kg BW. Conclusion: Dry powder, wet dust powder and detoxification powder of konjac belong to the actual non-toxic grade, and konjac crude alkaloid is a poisonous grade.
