超临界流体沉淀技术以其特有的优点成为具有广阔应用前景的超细微粒制备方法。本文简要综述了超临界流体快速膨胀溶液过程、气体抗溶剂过程、超临界流体抗溶剂过程、气溶胶溶剂萃取系统、超临界流体强化溶液快速分散技术、气体饱和溶液沉析等SFP技术的原理、特点及其在药学中的应用。

Supercritical fluid precipitation technology becomes a widely application prospect the superfine particle preparation method by its unique merit. This article briefly summarized the SFP technology principle, the characteristic and the related application of rapid expansion of supercritical solution process, gas anti-solvent process, supercritical anti-solvent process, aerosol solvent extraction system, solution enhanced dispersion by supercritical fluid technology, and precipitation from gas saturated solution.
