高温固相法制备锂离子电池正极材料LiFePO4/C

Synthesis of LiFePO4/Ccathode meterial for Lithium-ion battery by the high temperature solid state method

采用环保型原料LiH2PO4、FeC2O4o2H2O作为锂源和铁源以及用葡萄糖作为碳源,利用高温固相反应法在惰性气氛下300℃下预烧6小时,650℃下焙烧16小时合成了橄榄石型LiFePO4 /C复合正极材料。利用恒流充放电,循环伏安法(CV),电化学阻抗谱(EIS)等电化学手段研究了LiFePO4/C材料的电化学性质。恒流充放电测试表明在循环过程中, 锂离子插入和脱出具有单一的可逆机制;恒流充放电测试表明:在0.1C倍率下进行充放电实验时首次充放电容量分别为138.36 mAh/g、126.7 mAh/g,20次循环后放电容量为111.42 mAh/g,容量保持率为87.94%.

Using the protecting-envionment meterials LiH2PO4 as the source of Li and FeC2O4 as the source of Fe, LiFePO4 /C composite cathode materials were synthesized through presintering meterials for 6 h and sintering the meterials for 16 h by high temperature solid state method in an inert atmosphere.Make the study on the properties of LiFePO4 /C using the method of Constant Current Charge-discharge , Cyclic Voltammogram (CV), electrochemistry Impedance Spectra(EIS). The results of the Constant Current Charge-discharge test demonstrate that the initial charge-discharge capacity, namely 138.36 and 126.7 mAh /g, were obtained at room temperature and 0. 1C charge-dischange rate. After 20 cycles, the discharge capacity was 111.42mAh /g,The capacity retains 87.94%.
