利用Gleeble 1500热模拟试验机进行单轴热压缩实验,研究了合金元素Al的添加对过共析钢温变形过程中渗碳体球化及所得超细(α+θ)复相组织的影响。结果表明:在温变形过程中,合金元素Al能够阻碍铁、碳原子的扩散,减缓片层渗碳体的溶断球化及渗碳体粒子的粗化,抑制渗碳体粒子在铁素体内部的再析出,从而进一步细化所得超细(α+θ)复相组织。

he effect of aluminum on the spheroidization of cementite and the formation of ultrafine (α+θ) microstructure of hypereutectoid steel during warm deformation was investigated by uniaxial hot compression simulation experiment. The results indicated that ultrafine (α+θ) microduplex microstructures were formed by warm deformation. During warm deformation, the diffusion of carbon and iron atoms were impeded with the addition of Al, the spheroidization of lamellar cementite and the coarsening of cementite particles was retarded as well as the re-pricipitation of cementite particles in ferrite matrix was restricted, resulting a more ultrafine (α+θ) microduplex microstructure.
