新能源车用电机测试系统中干扰抑制研究

太阳能车用电机测试系统中,测量精度是影响系统性能的重要因素之一。为了提高测试系统的测量精度,本文在分析太阳能车用电机测试系统中电磁干扰来源、类别及其特性的基础上,分别通过空间电磁屏蔽和硬件滤波抑制干扰,并通过实验验证该方法能较大提高测试系统的测量精度,为太阳能车用驱动系统优化提供支持。
Measurement accuracy is one of the important factors that affect the performance of motor testing system for solar car. In order to improve the measurement accuracy of the motor testing system, this paper analyzes source, categories and characteristics of electromagnetic interference in the motor testing system. And this paper gives some methods, including space electromagnetic shielding and hardware filter, to suppress interference. Finally the experimental results show that the method can improves the measurement accuracy greatly.
