燃煤高温复合固硫剂的研究
Research on Compound Sulfur Fixer for High Temperature Coal Combustion
在1200℃下对山西亮煤进行管式炉燃烧固硫实验,并对MnO2、MgO、ZnO三种固硫助剂进行了正交实验。通过分析固硫剂的固硫效果,得出了最佳Ca/S比以及固硫添加剂的种类及浓度。结果表明,固硫助剂MnO2、MgO、ZnO的加入均能改善主固硫剂CaCO3的固硫能力,在一定程度上提高了固硫率。在1200℃下,最佳Ca/S比为2.0,通过助剂复配正交试验得到的最佳固硫率为64.45%。
At 1200℃, the combustion experiments of Shanxi coal were taken in tube stove. Orthogonal tests were taken with three kinds of sulfur fixing assistants MnO2, MgO, and ZnO. Get the optimum ratio of Ca to S and beneficial consistency and categories of additive which have help to sulfur-fixing technology. The results showed that accessory ingredients (MnO2, MgO, and ZnO) can improve the effect of the sulfur-fixing agent (CaCO3). They promoted the sulfur-fixing efficiency at certain extent. The optimum ratio of Ca to S was 2.0, and the sulfur-fixing efficiency could reach 64.45%.
