基于小时间尺度疲劳裂纹扩展理论的结构故障预测和健康管理技术
Structural Prognostic and Health Management Technology Based on the Small Time Scale Fatigue Crack Growth Theory
故障预测与健康管理(Prognostic and Health Management, PHM)广泛应用于航空航天和武器装备等领域,开展PHM可以使产品健康状态评价以及维护策略的制定更为高效。结构故障预测与健康管理 (Structure Prognostics and Health Management, SPHM)是根据机械产品或结构现在或历史的性能状态预测性地诊断其完成功能的状态,并根据诊断/预测信息、可用维修资源和使用要求对维修活动做出决策。在决定机械结构寿命的众多耗损性故障机理中,材料和结构的疲劳损伤是产品故障的最主要的原因之一。因此,准确的疲劳损伤模型和实时的疲劳寿命预测方法是机械产品/结构更好开展SPHM的基础和前提。本文基于小时间尺度疲劳裂纹扩展理论 (small time scale fatigue crack growth theory)提出了一种疲劳裂纹实时监控技术,该技术基于疲劳裂纹探测和数学仿真可实时精确地评估结构的疲劳寿命和健康状况,从而提高结构安全性、有效降低结构维护费用。
Prognostic and Health Management that are widely used in the fields of aerospace and military equipment can make the product health status evaluation and maintenance strategies to become more efficient. Structure Prognostic and Health Management diagnose the completion based on the mechanical products or stucture and historical performance state, and make the maintenance decision according to the diagnostic/forecast information, available resources and maintenance requirement. Among the depletion of the failure mechanism that determines the life of the mechanical structure, the material and structrure is one of the main reason of the produce failure. Therefore, the accurate fatigue damage model and real-time fatigue life prediction method is the basis and premise for the mechanical products/structure to conduct SPHM. In this paper, a fatigue crack real-time monitoring technology based on the small time scale theory fatigue crack growth is proposed. This technology can evaluate the structure of the fatigue life and health in real time and accurately based on the fatigue crack detection and mathematical simulation, which improve the safety of structure, reduce the structural maintenance costs effectively.
