压入式掘进通风流场测试

Flow Field Test of Press in Type Tunneling Ventilation

为了研究压入式掘进通风过程中掘进工作面的流场情况,本文利用粒子成像测试(PIV)技术对压入式掘进通风流场的变化情况进行了实验测试,实验内容主要包括实验原理、实验方法和步骤、实验数据处理、实验结果分析四部分。实验结果表明,PIV测速系统能够准确地对复杂流场进行测试,并且能够得到风流流场的瞬时及时均流动状态,为压入式掘进通风流场特性研究及掘进工作面的排污降尘提供了可靠的实验依据。

In order to study the flow field of the pressure in type tunneling ventilation,in this paper, the variation of the flow field of the pressure in the tunnel excavation is tested by the particle imaging test (PIV) technique.The experiment includes four parts: experimental principle, experimental methods and procedures, data processing and analysis of experimental results.The experimental results show that the PIV system can test the complex flow field more accurately, and the flow field of the instantaneous and time averaged flow state can be got, it provides the reliable experimental basis for pressing type tunneling ventilation flow field and research on characteristics of tunneling working surface sewage dust.
