中国地方政府门户网站测评研究
study on the assessment of regional networks
本文通过建立一套针对政府门户网站的测评体系，对我国31个省市自治区的93个省会城市、地级市、县政府门户网站分别进行跟踪测评，通过对这些网站的实证分析，剖析出存在的问题，针对这些问题，提出合理化建议。
his paper intends to respectively assess the regional government networks of 93 capital cities, cities, and counties form 31 provinces, cities, and monotonous regions of China in the light of the build of a set of assessment system which is specially designed to assess regional government networks. This paper aims to detect some existent problems through substantial evidence analysis of these websites and to propose reasonable suggestions.
