环境不确定性、供应链整合和企业绩效的关系研究--基于中国制造企业的问卷调查

his paper aims to explore the relationship among environmental uncertainty, supply chain integration and firm's performance, namely research the determined factors and influence of supply chain integration. Using data from 176 manufacturing companies, this study tests the hypotheses with multiple linear regression. The results indicate that environmental uncertainty is the antecedence of supply chain integration. While demand uncertainty and technology uncertainty both have positive and significant effect on supply chain integration (the effect of demand uncertainty on supplier integration is not significant), supply uncertainty hinders the implication of supply chain integration. Meanwhile the relationship between supply chain integration is relatively complicated. Internal integration and customer integration enhance operational performance, but only internal integration has positive influence on financial performance.
