采用常规石蜡切片法对濒危植物黄山梅的大、小孢子发生和雌、雄配子体发育进行了观察,结果显示:(1) 花药壁由4 - 5层细胞组成,由外到内依次为:表皮、药室内壁、中层和绒毡层。药壁的发育属于双子叶型,绒毡层的发育属于分泌型。(2)小孢子母细胞进行减数分裂产生四面体型四分体,成熟花粉粒为两细胞型。(3)同一雄蕊内发现败育花粉粒和正常花粉粒,但败育发生比例仅为1.5%。(4)子房3 - 4心皮,中轴胎座,胚珠倒生,双珠被,厚珠心。胚囊的发育为蓼型。

he megasporogenesis, microsporogenesis and the devel opment of female and male gametophyte of endangered species Kirengeshoma Palmata were observed by means of traditional paraffin wax sections . The main conclusions were drawn as follows: (1) The mature wall of anther consists of four or five layers, including epidermis, endothecium, one or two middle layers and tapetum from out to inside, which belongs t o basic type . Tapetum cell is of secretory type . (2) The tetrahedral tetrads are born following the cytokinesis of microsporocyte meiotic division . The mature pollen grains are two-celled at the dis persal stage . (3)The aborted and normal pollen grains were observed in the same anther, however, the percentage of this aborted phenomenon was only 1.5%. (4) The ovary was composed of three or four fused carpels in one flower with axile placentation and the ovules were anatropous,bitegminous and crassinucellate. The mature embryo sacs were of the Polygonum type. These results suggest that mega- and microspores and male- and female gametophytes were not the endangered bottleneck.
