his paper, based on the theory and method of Hopf bifurcation, will determine the conditions which control parameters should satisfy when direct time delay feedback Chen’s system undergoes a Hopf bifurcation. The simulation results testify the correctness of theoretical analysis. The results of analysis will help to understand the system’s dynamical behaviors more deeply.
