基于热源镜像法的铝材退火炉内传热研究
Study on Heating Transfer in aluminum annealing furnace Based on Heat source Image Method
针对强对流铝材退火炉内高温、温度场求解复杂等特点,提出了一种用于解决固体温度场问题的简单而又精确的方法:热源温度场镜像法(亦称热源镜像法)。本文论述了在求解退火炉内铝材温度场中热源镜像法的应用,对于炉内热源对称因素,重点讨论了镜像热源数量的计算方法和选取原则,并分别采用热源镜像法与ANSYS有限元分析软件对实际生产工况进行了温度场分析和比较。结果表明:当镜像热源数量选取适当时,使用热源镜像法求解温度场可以得到比较满意的数据。
gainst to the feature of high temperature、complex derivation to temperature field for aluminum foil annealing furnace at annealing technology, there is a simple and accurate method for solving temperature field on solid: Thermal resource image method. The application of this method on aluminum was discussed and the emphasis was how many image thermal resource should be used. It is compared the results of heat source with ANSYS software for practice work condition. The result is showed that the satisfied data is obtain from the heat source image method.
