微酸性电解水对猪舍环境净化与无害化消毒的应用研究

养殖环境问题已成为制约畜禽高效安全生产的关键,是引发重大畜禽疫病的主要原因。养殖场的定期消毒是生物安全的一项重要措施。本文将新开发的微酸性电解水(pH 5.0-6.5)作为新型消毒剂,具有腐蚀性小、产品贮存稳定性好、成本低、无污染和无残留等特点,经在实际猪舍中与常用的化学消毒剂的对比实验了猪舍消毒的效果,结果表明:微酸性电解水(pH 6.25-6.53,氧化还原电位ORP 887.5-924.8 mV,有效氯浓度ACC为300 mg/l)对猪舍内空气中细菌的杀灭率为59.2%,而强力消毒灵粉杀菌率为48.7%,聚维酮碘溶液仅为25.9%。此外,微酸性电解水对地面、圈栏和墙面的喷洒消毒效果也显著优于其他两种消毒剂(P < 0.05)。因此,微酸性电解水可以替代化学消毒剂应用于猪舍消毒防疫与环境净化,对发展无害化绿色健康养殖具有重要意义。

irborne pathogens in animal houses are the severe issue for causing the diseases of animals. Spraying disinfectants is an important way to decontaminate bacteria in air and on facilities in animal houses. Slightly acidic electrolyzed water (SAEW, pH 5.0-6.5) is an ideal disinfectant for hygienic management in animal farms with non-corrosive, more stable to storage, inexpensive, no residuals, and a less potential health hazard to the worker due to the lack of Cl2 off-gassing. The bactericidal efficiency of SAEW was compared with the chemical disinfectants which are commonly used in the pig farms. Results indicate that a 59.2% reduction of total airborne bacteria population in the pig house was resulted by spraying SAEW with a pH 6.25-6.53, oxygen reduction potential of 887.5-924.8 mV, and available chlorine concentration of 300 mg/l. But the population of airborne bacteria was reduced about 48.7% and 25.9% by the strong disinfectant powder and povidone-iodine solution, respectively. Moreover, SAEW was more effective to remove the bacteria on the ground, pens and wall of pig houses compared to the two chemical disinfectants (P < 0.05). Therefore, SAEW is a promising disinfectant agent instead of chemicals for decontamination and disinfection of pig houses without environmental pollution.
