铰接车辆侧翻主动控制技术综述和展望

由于铰接车辆恶劣的作业工况及其自身结构特点,使其极易发生侧翻事故,而此安全性能直接影响着产品在国际市场上的竞争力。侧翻主动控制技术能从根本上减少翻车事故的发生概率,该技术对车辆的侧翻预警技术和主动防倾翻控制进行研究,推算稳定性与倾翻的临界条件,利用多信息融合方法检测车辆稳定性控制中的动力学参数,实时监测潜在侧翻危险并进行早期预警,通过主动改变车辆姿态进而抑制倾翻。本文对国内外侧翻主动控制技术在学术领域的研究进展、各大型企业在防倾翻研究方面的专利成果两方面进行综述,并提出铰接车辆侧翻稳定性研究的主要方向,具有较大的现实意义。
rticulated vehicles are likely to rollover because of bad working conditions and their own structural features. But their safety performance directly affects the product competitiveness in the international market. Active anti-rollover technology can reduce the rollover accidents and achieve the active rollover protection. It studied rollover warning and active anti-rollover control technology. The critical condition of stability and rollover was calculated. The kinetic parameters in vehicle stability control were detected using muti-information fusion method. The real-time monitoring and early warning of potential rollover risk was carried out and rollover was avoided through the initiative to change the vehicle running attitude. The research progress of active anti-rollover technology and patent are generalized in this paper. The main direction of articulated vehicles' roll stability is proposed and has great practical significance.
