目前,越来越多的学者利用统计分析和数据挖掘等方法从群体角度对收集的大规模人类移动轨迹数据进行分析,获取人类移动行为特征,并将其应用于网络设计与优化、交通监控与预测、城市规划及管理等各个领域中。在已有研究基础上,用统计分析的方法从个体角度分析用户移动特性,从而为基于单个用户移动特性的研究奠定基础。统计北京市182位用户在一个月内停留时间、访问频次及移动距离的分布,利用Kolmogorov-Smirnov和Anderson-Darling检验对其和幂律分布及Zipf分布的拟合度进行检验,结果表明:无论是群体还是个体角度,人类移动的停留时间均不完全服从幂律分布,而是会在长时间停留时出现峰值;人类访问各个位置的频率分布以相对Zipf分布更高的频次在常访问的几个位置间移动;和幂律分布随着移动距离的增加概率逐渐递减的趋势不同,从真实数据集得到的人类移动距离的分布在长距离移动时并没有明显的规律性。?????

Nowadays, more and more scholars use the methods of statistical analysis and data mining to analyze the collected large-scale human trajectories from the perspective of population level to obtain characteristics of human mobility. Based on existing research, characteristics of human mobility from individual perspective were analyzed. Analysis on characteristics of human mobility based on reality data set was conducted. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Anderson-Darling methods were used to examine the goodness of fit. The results show that no matter from population level or individual level, residence time distribution does not completely follow power law, but will have peak value at long period. The frequency distribution of resident visits to each location is relative higher to Zipf distribution. Compared with the tendency of power law distribution decreasing gradually with the increase of travel distance, there is no obvious regularity in travel distance distribution obtained from real data set.
