玉米中期染色体组蛋白修饰的分布

组蛋白修饰包括组蛋白乙酰化、磷酸换、甲基化、泛素化及ADP核糖基化等,是表观遗传学的研究重点之一。本实验运用荧光染色方法,以玉米自交系为研究材料,对一些组蛋白修饰信号在中期染色体上的组织模式进行了研究比较。结果表明:常染色质标记H44ac集中分布在具有转录活性的区域。
Histone modification which is a research focus in epigenetics includes acetylation, phosphorylation, methylation, ubiquitination and ADP ribosylation. The experiment explored the histone modification patterns on maize metaphase chromosomes using immunofluorescence staining methods in inbred lines of maize. The following conclusions can be drawn: the distribution of H44ac which is generally a marker for euchromatin is focused on gene-rich regions.
