And the traditional saying is agree with the final conclusion, that is "the three guan refers to patient's condition, the fluency relates to excess, otherwise is deficiency". But the sayings of "red belongs to heat, as well as purple relates to cold " and "observe the boy's left side and the girl's right one when looking over them" have not been proved.
