摘要

通过分析传统电网的电压/无功综合控制(VQC)所存在的弊端,针对光伏微电网的电能质量优化提出了基于新九域图VQC控制策略,对于以光伏发电为主要微电源的微电网系统的电压无功控制策略进行了分析和仿真。在确保电网与设备安全运行的前提下,以各节点电压合格为约束条件,从全网角度进行电压无功优化控制,从而实现对微电网内的有载调压装置和无功补偿设备的集中监视、控制和管理,最终达到全网电压无功优化运行控制的目的。MATLAB仿真结果表明,对于光伏微电网的VQC综合控制策略能有效地提高供电可靠性,达到了预期目标。

Abstract

This paper analyses some problems on integrated control for voltage and reactive power according to the existing situation of the VQC control in traditional power network. Aiming at the power quality optimization of the Photovoltaic microgrid, a new VQC control methods-based on the Nine-Area Theory was presented. Analyze and simulated the control strategy of voltage and reactive power in Microgrid system which recognized the Photovoltaic microgrid as the main Micro generation. On the basis of ensuring safe running of power grid and equipments,carry out the voltage and reactive power optimizing control in the whole power grid. However,voltage at each node must be up to grade. In that way,loaded pressure regulation eguipments and reactive power compensation equipments of each station within the power grid will be monitored,controlled and managed collectively so as to realize the voltage and reactive power optimizing control of the whole grid.MATLAB simulink result indicated that the new control strategy can effectively improve the power distribution reliability, and the expected goal is reached.
