Multifunctions of Histone H1 Proteins
连接组蛋白H1及其变体在不同生物过程中行使不同的多功能。除了作为染色质中的重要结构蛋白外,组蛋白H1及其变体在细胞周期、基因表达和个体发育过程中也起着重要作用。最近研究表明组蛋白H1及其变体可能对如癌症和神经退行性疾病等有影响。在这篇综述中,我们讨论了不同的组蛋白H1及其变体的翻译后修饰和相关功能。
Liker histone H1 and its vaiants have multiple functions in diverse biological processes. In addition to being an important structural protein in chromatin, histone H1 and its vaiants also play critical roles in cell cycle, gene expression, and development. Recent studies reveal the possible effects of H1 in some diseases, such as cancer and neurodegenerative diseases. In this review, the post translational modifications and functions of histone H1 and its vaiants are also discussed.
