重庆市黔江区贫困村多维测算模型的构建与应用

ccording to current poverty alleviation situation in China, poverty village has become one of the important research objects in the national poverty alleviation and development. In this paper, the destitute areas in the key poverty alleviation county-Qianjiang district in Chongqing were taken as the research target and the administrative village as the unit to study the algorithm of multidimensional calculation model which based on systematic design of multidimensional poverty village identification index system and combined the combination weighting approach and the comprehensive index method. The design ideas and key points in poverty village multidimensional calculation model were demonstrated, and the visualization was realized by using geographic information system technology. Meanwhile, the spatial distribution of relative poverty level of poverty villages in the area was obtained. Through the contrast analysis of the calculation results with the local actual situation, the accuracy and effectiveness of the model has been proved.
