4-((4-羧基苯基)氨基)苯甲酸的氢键有机框架的构筑

氢键有机框架(HOFs)是一类新型的多孔晶体材料,由于其内部含有大量结构明确的孔道,常常被用于气体吸附与分离、催化、传感、质子导电等方面。羧基之间可形成方向性强的双重氢键,因此,被广泛的用作构建氢键有机框架材料的超分子合成子。本文旨在合成4-((4-羧基苯基)氨基)苯甲酸,并构建其HOF晶体。以4-甲氧羰基苯硼酸为起始原料,经三步反应我们成功制备出了目标产物,并通过核磁共振技术对它的结构进行了表征。解析了其单晶结构,给出了分子间的氢键连接方式,并描述了分子在HOF中的堆积。
Hydrogen bonded organic framework (HOFs) is a new kind of porous crystal material, which is often used in gas adsorption and separation, catalysis, sensing, proton conduction and other aspects due to its large number of well-defined pores. The carboxyl groups can form directional double hydrogen bonds between them and are therefore widely used as building block for the HOF construction. The aim of this paper is to synthesise 4-((4-carboxyphenyl)amino)benzoic acid and to construct its HOF crystals. Using 4-Methoxycarbonylbenzeneboronic acid as the starting material, we successfully prepared the target product in a three-step reaction and characterised its structure by NMR. The single crystal structure was analysed, the hydrogen bonding between the molecules and the intermolecular stacking were described.
