本文结合课题中采用的并联式混合动力装载机,提出以超级电容SOC动态平衡和节油为目标的SOC动态平衡控制策略。本文首先提出了基于模糊逻辑的超级电容SOC动态平衡控制策略,其次利用免疫遗传算法对特定参数和隶属度函数进行了优化,使该控制策略在保证了SOC动态平衡的同时也满足了节油的需求,最后利用整车的SIMULINK模型对控制策略进行了仿真研究。仿真结果显示基于参数优化后的控制策略,并联式混合动力装载机SOC动态平衡性能更好,相比传统装载机更节油。因此表明参数优化后的控制策略不仅达到了SOC动态平衡的要求,同时也节省了燃油消耗。

his paper put forward a dynamic balabce control strategy of super capacitor SOC for the dynamic balabce of SOC and saving fuel based on the parallel hybrid loader used in the project. Firstly, this paper put forward a dynamic balabce control strategy of SOC based on fuzzy logic; secondly, this paper used immune genetic algorithm to optimize a certain parameter and several membership functions which met the requirements of the dynamic balabce of SOC and saving fuel; finally, this paper did simulation study of the control strategy put forward earlier using the SIMULINK mode. The simulation study showed that the parallel hybrid loader based on the optimized control strategy had a better dynamic balance performance and fuel economy. Therefore, the optimized control strategy not only met the requirement of dynamic balance of SOC, but also saved the fuel.
