采用改进的Hummers法成功地制备了海绵状氧化石墨片层,通过控制氧化石墨烯(GO)在二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)、二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)和水(H2O)三种不同溶剂中的反应温度和时间对其进行热还原来获得一系列不同还原程度的石墨烯(rGO)。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、拉曼光谱(Raman)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)和接触角测试等方法对产物的结构和性能进行表征。结果表明:氧化石墨随反应时间的延长,其表面含氧官能团减少,无序度增加,还原程度增大,疏水性增强。

In this paper, the spongy graphene oxide (GO) nanosheets have been made via a modified Hummers' method. A mild thermal reduction of GO at various temperature and time was then achieved in solvents of N,N-dimethylacetamide(DMAc), N,N-Dimethylformamide(DMF) and water(H2O), respectively. The properties of obtained GO and reduced graphene oxide(rGO) was then characterized and analyzed by its performance in Fourier transform infrared spectrometry, Raman spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope and contact angle measurement. The result showed that the GO was more completely reduced with an increasing reaction time, which is verified by the decrease in the density of oxygen functional groups and improvement of disorder and hydrophobicity.
