用纳米Fe3O4对凹凸棒石进行磁化表面改性
Magnetic Surface Modification of Attapulgite by Nano-Fe3O4
80℃空气中,在纯凹凸棒石表面沉积了Fe3O4纳米粒子。复合材料通过X射线衍射(XRD),透射电镜(TEM)和磁力计进行表征。当凹凸棒石溶液浓度是6g/L,PH值为6.7,凹凸棒石被Fe3O4粒子完全包裹时性能较好。Fe3O4膜表现出铁磁特性,矫顽力(Hci)为192.24G,磁化强度(Ms)为1.4998emu/g,剩磁(Mr)为0.24287emu/g。
In this paper,The surface of purified attapulgite was deposited with nano-Fe3O4 particles in the open air at 80oC; the composite materials were characterized by XRD, TEM and magnetometer. It is favorable for the attapulgite to be encapsulated completely by the Fe3O4 particles as attapulgite concentration is 6g/L at pH 6.7. The films exhibited ferromagnetic behavior with Coercivity (Hci) 192.24 G, Magnetization (Ms)1.4998 emu/g, Retentivity (Mr) 0.24287 emu/g.
