煤炭自然发火是一个缓慢的氧化过程,随着氧化过程的发展,将产生一系列反映煤炭自燃特征的气体。随着煤温的升高,各种气体的产生量将发生显著变化。利用气体生成量的变化,可以进行煤炭自燃的早期预测预报。在井下煤炭氧化自燃过程中,CO的涌出量变化稳定,能客观的反映煤炭自燃发展变化的基本规律,且容易监测。因此本文用CO作为指标气体,根据其浓度的变化规律来识别井下煤炭自燃过程中的氧化程度的参数。为此,本文在以往实验的基础上做了煤样的低温氧化实验,选取具有中等变质程度的几种煤样作为研究对象。本实验的目的在于研究不同煤样在特定粒径、实验通气量条件下的低温氧化过程,分析其气体产物CO的生成量与实验升温温度的对应影响关系。
