MIIP在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及意义

Objective:To determine the expression level of MIIP in EC and normal tissue and the clinical significance of MIIP expression in EC.Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to measure MIIP expression in normal an EC tissuel Results: The levels of MIIP protein expression were decreased in EC compared with normal endometrial tissues. The levels of MIIP were significantly lower in patients with late stage, high grade, and positive for lymph node metastasis than that with early stage, low grade and negative for lymph node metastasis. Conclusions: The expression levels of MIIP decreased in EC. Loss of MIIP expression was associated with poor clinical- pathologic features which indicated poor prognosis.
