本文提出了一款工作于UHF频段的双短路倒F结构双面波束扫描RFID读写器天线阵。该天线阵单元由印刷在FR4介质板上的双短路片倒F天线结构构成,有效减小了天线尺寸。3×3单元天线阵列总体尺寸为30cm×30cm×15mm。测量结果表明,天线阵10dB回波损耗阻抗带宽范围为845MHz-873MHz,覆盖欧洲标准RFID频段,双面波束扫描角度达到±60 ,增益达到10dBi。该天线阵可有效提高RFID系统的标签读取准确度和读取范围。

In this paper,a two-dimensionally (2-D) scanning beam RFID reader antenna array with two-shorting-plate inverted-F antenna is designed and characterized for UHF RFID application. A two-shorting-plate planar invented-F antenna (TPIFA) structure on FR4 substrate reduces the size of antenna. The whole size of 3×3-element antenna array is 30cm×30cm×15mm. The measured resultes show that the array covers Europe standard of 845-873 MHz frequency range with more than 10dB input return loss and up to ±60 beam scanning with 10dBi gain at E-plane and H-plane, respectively. The proposed antenna array is a effective way for RFID tag reading accuracy and localization range improvement of the RFID system.
