基于SolidWorks底侧卸式矿车转向架二次开发研究
Research on bogie design of bottom side dump car by SolidWorks
为适应不同的工作状况,经常需要对矿车转向架做一些修改。传统的矿车转向架设计方式效率太低,并且由于设计准确性问题造成对图纸的反复修改。针对此问题,提出利用Visual C++6.0编程工具和SolidWorks 2008三维制图软件为基础对矿车转向架进行二次开发,生成特定的SolidWorks 2008插件,通过对话框对零件进行参数化设计,并且实时将参数反馈到工程图及装配体上。实验表明,该插件极大地提高了转向架的设计效率,同时在转向架的个性化设计方面也有很大的帮助。
o adapt to different working conditions,there need to do some modifications to the tramcar bogie.However , Traditional tub bogie design pattern is so inefficient and,drawings need to be repeatedly revised for there exist some accuracy problem in design.To solve this problem, the text proposed to make secondary development on tramcar bogie based on Visual C ++ 6.0 programming tools and SolidWorks2008 three-dimensional mapping software.Generate specific SolidWorks2008 plug, make parametric design to parts through dialog frame,and feedback parameters to the drawing and assembly timely .Experiments show that the plug greatly improved the design efficiency of the bogie, and also do great help to the personalized design of the truck
