Study on the Forewarning Device of Gas Explosion in Coal Mine

研究了一种针对煤矿瓦斯爆炸的预警装置。通过分析瓦斯爆炸及其条件,应用可燃混合气体爆炸三角形理论,该装置能够同时检测混合气体中的瓦斯和氧气,分析并计算出各自浓度,在坐标轴为氧气和可燃性气体浓度的坐标系中找到与混合气体浓度相对应的位置,将其与爆炸三角区比较后, 判断有无爆炸危险。该装置可以应用到井下安全监测和抢险救灾。

In this paper, a forewarning device of of gas explosion in coal mine is designed. By analyzing gas explosion and its condition, applying explosion delta theory of combustible mixed gas, the device was applied to detect the methane and oxygen. Each gas density could be calculated with CPU. In the coordinate axiswith oxygen and combustion gas density, the relative location to the mixed gas density could be found. Then in comparison with the explosion delta, any explosion danger could be determined or not. The device can be applied to mine safety monitoring and disaster relief.
